There are many three day diets on offer to slimmers with a variety
of food combinations. The idea behind these diets is a quick fix of low fat, low calorie foods and the result is rapid weight loss.
How Does It Work?
These diets are based on eating a combination of very low fat,low calorie foods
for three days continuously. If you can keep it up some
dieters have done it for three days every week with good results. Your average weekly calorie intake is less than usual therefore weight is lost.
How Much Do You Lose?
The Diet Claims that within the three days you can lose
up to ten pounds. Weight loss after this varies on the individual and
how they manage the diet. It has been said that these diets are
only really a loss of fluid and weight can be gained rapidly once
the three days is over.
Are There Any Possible Side Effects?
This really does depend on which three day diet you do and what
the content of the diet is. However it has been noted that these
fad diets are so difficult and rigid to stick to that people often
get disheartened and give up! Or feel so deprived that they eat double once the diet is finished!
This Is An Example Of A Three Day Diet.
The 3 day diet plan it is to be used for 3 days at a time. After
3 days of dieting, resume eating normally for four to five days,
do not overeat. This diet is not a good sustainable diet. If you

Instructions: Drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day. You
can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy
sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.
DAY 1. BREAKFAST Black Coffee or Tea (sweetner if desired). 1/2 Grapefruit and 1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter.
LUNCH. 1/2 Cup of Tuna with 1 Toast Black Coffee or Tea.
DINNER. 3 Oz of lean meat or poultry with 1 cup green beans 1 cup
carrots and 1 apple. 1 cup vanilla ice cream.
DAY 2 BREAKFAST. Black coffee or tea. 1 Egg and 1/2 Banana, 1 Toast.
LUNCH 1 Cup cottage cheese or tun, 8 ritz crackers.
DINNER 2 beef franks 1 cup broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup carrots,
1/2 banana, 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream.
DAY 3 BREAKFAST black coffee or tea. 5 regular ritz crackers, 1 oz. cheddar cheese, 1 apple.
LUNCH. 1 boiled eg,g 1 toast, black coffee or tea.
DINNER 1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup melon,
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream.
